The Fitness Revolution Difference
We offer 4, 8 and 12 week programs your child can participate in 2-3 days per week starting January 8th, 2019. We believe this frequency will yield the best speed, strength and movement proficiency gains.

About Adam Brown
Adam Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise Physiology from Baldwin Wallace College. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Adam is a results driven professional who utilizes functional fitness techniques to aid clients in their fitness or sports performance journey.
Adam worked in professional baseball as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. 5 of the minor league players he coached spent time with a major league team. Adam has a great understanding of not only how to improve health, but to bring out your inner athlete.
